Study Rooms

Where Can I Study in UGRL?

Both levels of the Undergraduate Library contain tables and chairs ideal for collaborative study, as well as individual study carrels. In addition, there are a variety of comfortable stuffed chairs scattered throughout the library.

Study Rooms

Located on the west end of the main floor of the library, the study rooms are ideal for small group collaborations. Each room is equipped with a table, several chairs and a blackboard (chalk and erasers are available at the Circulation desk).

The study rooms are available on a first-come first-served basis, and are not available for reservations, though groups will be given precedence over individuals.

24-hour Study Lounge

If you're looking for a comfortable, modern space to study, the 24-Hour Study Lounge is another option available to you. Tables and chairs, banquette seating, and lounge chairs provide a wide range of seating options for individual or group study. Inside the study lounge, a coffee shop, UnderGrounds, is open most days of the week, where you can get a variety of coffee and other drinks as well as snacks and sandwiches.
